In 2022, Morgan Philips established its CSR steering committee, composed of members from the management team and ambassadors, to further its CSR policy. Through various CSR initiatives, Morgan Philips Group is committed to building a more united, inclusive, and sustainable society.

Numerous internal initiatives, involving all our team members, are implemented in support of diversity and the environment. Morgan Philips' corporate social responsibility is founded on engaged and conscientious employees.

Our CSR policy, in line with our values (agility, humility, commitment, teamwork, ambition, and disruption), revolves around four axes: ecological and energy transition, diversity, associative solidarity, and well-being at work.

  • We minimize plastic use by installing bottle-free water stations and providing reusable cups for coffee and other beverages.
  • We responsibly recycle all our waste and promote conscious practices in waste management.
  • We encourage sustainable transportation by promoting the use of public transit, carpooling, and eco-friendly transportation methods for both work and personal commutes.
  • We reduce unnecessary travel by prioritizing remote work and video conferences, significantly lowering our carbon footprint.
  • We optimize energy consumption by installing LED lighting throughout our offices.
  • We partner with eco-responsible suppliers who implement sustainable procurement policies, ensuring a positive impact at every stage of the supply chain.

  • We have established a close partnership with Antes de Partir A.C., a civil organization in Mexico dedicated to supporting individuals with terminal illnesses. Our contributions include:.
  • Donations Linked to the "A Mile for a Smile" Race: We made donations based on the kilometers covered during the event, supporting the organization's initiatives.
  • Sponsorship of Festive Events: We support national celebrations for the children involved with Antes de Partir A.C., enhancing their well-being and joy.

Our actions in terms of Quality
of Work Life (QWL)

  • Certified under NOM 035, which sets guidelines for identifying, analyzing, and preventing psychosocial risks, while promoting a healthy organizational environment.
  • Office spaces with a cafeteria area and greenery.
  • Availability of organic coffee, tea, and dried fruits for employees.
  • Partnership with Vidana, offering our employees the opportunity to order meticulously prepared meals and receive them at no cost in the office.
  • Installation of a soundproof booth for employees making important or private calls without disturbing or being overheard by other colleagues.
