Before joining the recruitment industry, she served as Project Director in the professional international exchange sector. Angie began her career in Barranquilla, Colombia, where she earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and holds a diploma in Administration and Accounting from the Technical Institute of Systems and Computing.

Thilo is Manager at Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment Mexico, where he is in charge of the Finance & Accounting as well as Engineering & Operations division.
